We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail. If you need it by a specific date, please send us a convo to make sure we can produce it and get it to you in time. The US Postal Service may take up to 10 days transit time from the Dallas area to various parts of the country.

If you make an error in the order of your initials, and we have already printed the order, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, so double check your personalization before submitting your order.
