All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. If you order one item, your order will be shipped using USPS first class mail with tracking. Depending on your distance from Dallas, Texas, this may take 3-10 days.

If you order 2 or more items, then your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail Service with tracking.
Shipments through Priority Mail usually take up to 3 days.

Our goal is to deliver a great product to happy customers. If your item is damaged in shipment, please let us know and send us a picture of the damaged item and we will be glad to send you a replacement. Once an item is printed, it cannot be re-used.

For that reason, we do not accept returns. Please verify any personalization; name, initials, monograms, etc. We will personalize your items based on the information that you provide in the “notes” section of your order.

If we make a mistake on your name or initials, we will be happy to correct it and re-send.
